Having had an unfortunate experience with mold in the past I called last minute on a Friday for an air quality test to be done on a home we’re buying and Matt was out there same day. I received the results Monday giving us peace of mind knowing we weren’t walking into a mold show.

Had an old copper pipe break in my downstairs half bath while I was out of town for work and the slow leak caused a lot of mold buildup, didn’t notice until the drywall visibly showed water spots. Called Mold M.D up and Matt was down here within an hour (which is very impressive because Fort Myers is nearly 40 minutes away from the Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area). He was quick with setting up the equipment and made the experience as painless as possible.
